Choosing has nothing to do with logic or reasoning or justification, though we may tell ourselves that it does. It has only to do with choice. We choose something as it is because we choose something as it is. There's no other way to choose it- not because we
should, or because someone else wants us to, or because we think it will bring some particular result. All these conditions imply the past and the future, hopes, expectations, fears, and assumptions, and the choice happens NOW, in the moment.
We don't have to explain our choice, not to ourselves or anyone else. We have only to make it.
I consciously choose my possibility moment by moment by moment.
