Life is such
an up and down affair. We’re hot, we’re cold; we’re thrilled, we’re bored; we’re
unstoppably confident and we’re filled with doubt. We flip-flop endlessly all around
the map and are as changeable as the weather- our thoughts and moods as much as
our bodies
So where is center? Where is groundedness?
Where is stability? The only possible place must be in the truth of each
present moment- of what is so. Beyond that, it’s nothing but a mind game;
nothing but speculation and posturing, fantasy, and fear.
I ground
myself in the present moment.
