I've been super jacked-up lately- one part excited, and one part on edge and under pressure. I pride myself on hard work to where hard work has become my prison. I insist upon it, and there's a cost.
Learning to release self-imposed tension is an art, and one I'd love to master. It requires awareness, and a certain commitment, willingness, honesty, and the surrender of letting go.
I practice the art of taking myself less seriously.
