I have a full life. It's full of goodness and productivity, lots of people, and hours on the road. It's full of love, uncertainty, willingness, courage, and gusto. And I am grateful for the fullness, but in spite of it, sometimes I just need to stop.
At times when it's necessary, I allow myself to do less than is humanly possible. I don't always have to be maxed to the hilt.
