"I think I've discovered the secret of life- you just hang around until you get used to it."
~ Charles Schultz ~
Things that are initially uncomfortable to think about and assimilate become more comfortable with time. Familiarity induces a sense of well-being. And we crave homeostasis and equilibrium, so if something is pulling us out of balance, we adapt and adjust however we need to for counterbalance. Our powers of adaptation are limitless, and profound.
I am adaptable and vast and able to absorb and assimilate any kind of strangeness or discomfort that I may face.
