THE BIG "D"

I don't believe in death, and I don't believe in heaven either, not in the sense of harps and cherubs and streets of gold. I do believe in metaphysics and transitions and unstoppable love. For me, death is less of a termination point and more of an open door. I see it as a kind of entryway into another dimension: pure light and freedom and the continuing cycle of nature. And perhaps, it is not nearly as unlucky as we think.
Being limited by a human body is hard work. On some level, and in so many situations, death is final freedom: a physical burden and a whole lot of pain relieved.

I open to the possibility that death is a blessing and a gift and that whenever my time may come, I don't have to be afraid.
