THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN

I cross mountains every day on my way to work and back home again. From one side to the other I burst through storm clouds of all kinds. Rain becomes sunshine, clear skies become black, and I encounter fogbanks, and sudden hard wind, and crowds of bugs that smash against my windshield.
No matter what weather we are experiencing, there is always different weather elsewhere, and sometimes much closer than we think. The storms we are in may not be as vast and all-encompassing as they at first appear to be.

More often than not, when I am feeling clouded over, the sun is bright and shining on the other side of the mountain.
