It's as if we need to pass through a kind of birth canal.
We have to give birth to our self.
Labor pains, tears, doubt, fear-
All of these need to be melted somehow-
Dissolved,
As we pass and strain into
No strain,
Into peace,
Into stillness,
Into
Bliss.
