Redemption often comes in the aftermath of a crash and burn event. Some of us have to sink before we can rise, and almost die before we can fully embrace our lives. It may not necessarily be what we wish for ourselves or for others, but that doesn't make it any less true.
I appreciate that no matter how grim a situation may appear, there is always the hope and possibility of redemption.
