Community soothes grief.
Grieving together is a different dynamic from grieving alone.
It's less desperate somehow, and rich with
the threads of our collective sadness-
The sadness that comes from the human experience-
From trauma, and sickness, and heartache,
And loss.
Crying in the company of others who are crying is a good thing.
It heals the spirit and connects us to our fellow man.
