Comparing ourselves to others is a dangerous business because it separates us. Instead of looking for ways to contribute, to relate and collaborate, we seek ways to talk ourselves out of the game entirely- by being better, or, not good enough.
     It's a level playing field. We all have strengths and weaknesses, assets and liabilities, harms and victories. Power, pleasure, and creative possibility come when we align with others, not when we oppose them, or compare out.

I acknowledge the great potential that comes from knowing I am one of many while still being unique in my own right.
