Some days things just don't go as we hope. It's almost as if there's a stickiness in the universe. One attempt after another fails in execution and then we get jammed up in traffic. These are tension inducing experiences, and resistance to them, while instinctual, is ultimately the wrong response. Being fluid, relaxed, and easy in our skins is what makes for a pleasant ride no matter the track.
I stay out of resistance and surrender to the flow of each moment.
