We all want to be recognized for our unique gifts and talents, our "specialness," and we also want to feel a part of the whole. And the good news is that we can be both. We are particularly ourselves, and we are also like everyone else- not mutually exclusive, not impossible, and not one or the other.
Let's equally honor and celebrate individually and connectedness.
