TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT

"Although every man believes that his decisions and resolutions involve the most multifarious factors, in reality they are mere oscillation between flight and longing."
~ Herman Broch ~

We spend endless hours in life trying to figure things out. We ask what if this and what if that. What if we move forward? What if we don't move at all? And the effort is in search of certainty. We want to make the best possible choice, the right choice.
But maybe there is no right choice. Maybe there's only choice itself, and where that leads us- onto the next choice, and the next one, and the next.

I accept that life is full of uncertainty and choose out of curiosity instead of self-induced stress.
